Digital sensor input details
Spartan 3 FPGA based digital input controller accepts
input signals ranging from 0 to 30 volts. Multiple boards can be daisy chained together to provide
1,200 high speed digital input/output lines. Real time digital input from connected sensors is stored on the
internal registers and is read (clocked) by application logic on host computer. The system bus has its own isolated ground and all interface lines are optically isolated and protected from ESD.
